2382 - Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009)

Hail to the Thief n’avait pas suscité un grand enthousiasme de ma part. Aussi quand, il y a quelques moisemaines, Radiohead a annoncé la publication d’un disque live consacré à cet album, c’est uniquement par curiosité que je suis allé consulter la boutique du site officiel du groupe. Qui proposait notamment le catalogue d’une exposition consacrée aux œuvres graphiques produites par Stanley Donwood et Thom Yorke pour les pochettes d’album de Radiohead, The Smile ou Thom Yorke solo. Le livre m’intéressait bien plus que le disque… mais, puisqu’il faut payer les frais de port, autant les rentabiliser. Et puis, le groupe lui-même ne semble pas apprécier l’album d’origine outre mesure, assurant que cet album live leur avait permis de se réconcilier avec Hail to the Thief. Peut-être sera-ce également mon cas.
